  • a.casa is a one-of-a-kind space that will make you feel at home. It is a venue that has a mission to enhance the St. Louis community. You will not find many spaces that care about their clients and community as much as a.casa.

  • 60 seated for a ceremony on the courtyard.
    86 seated with a dance floor or buffet.
    90 seated without a dancefloor or buffet.
    100 cocktail style November – April.
    120 cocktail style during patio season May – October.

  • Our 20% service charge allows to do what we do at the highest level including maintaining unique rentals, in-house décor, and high-quality equipment to make your day extra special. The service charge is a taxable item. The portion applied to the staff hourly fee is a gratuity for your a.casa team. Additional gratuity is not required, but always appreciated.

  • Your event manager is there to help you through the important aspects of your timeline and make sure that our event team is setup up for success!

  • Celebratory cigars in the courtyard are allowed so long as proper equipment is provided by the host, and the door to food service areas are closed. No cigarette smoking or electronic cigarettes allowed on property. We allow your fur-babies to participate in your ceremony or special photos on the courtyard. We love to work with WedPets and ask that your furry babies depart before the start of dinner service.

  • Yes! As long as the candles are dripless and in secure holders.

  • Yes! Our building is ADA accessible, including the kitchen for vendors as well as access to our outdoor space.

  • Our space welcomes all of your family members! We have a changing table in the restroom and kid friendly beverages at the bar with soda bar pricing for guests under 21 years of age.

  • Create a Spotify playlist to enjoy during your event! We have the equipment to play it throughout the venue. We have two wireless mics and a mic stand for speeches.

  • Weekday and Weeknight:

    $500 - $1500 + Bar, Staff, Service Charge

    Weekends:

    $1750 - $3000 + Bar, Staff, Service Charge

  • The space is exclusively yours during your event rental + time for setup and breakdown.

  • Yes, we have a list of preferred catering vendors for you to choose from for your food experience. There is a $1,000 catering fee for a non-preferred vendor.

  • We do not have a bridal suite. But we do offer some in-house décor, courtyard games, in-house sound system with wireless microphones, and an event manager to assist you with two 1-hour planning sessions.

  • Your guests are welcome to use any of the commercial parking lots behind our building (shared with neighbor businesses), and street parking. We can also arrange for valet service!

  • Rehearsals are not guaranteed until your 30-day out meeting and must be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date that works with our event schedule. If we book an event during peak season on a Friday or Saturday night you may be asked to shift your rehearsal time up to two weeks prior to your event date. Thank you for your flexibility as we do book celebrations with short turnaround times. For other great options to ensure your wedding party is fully prepped and ready for the big day please discuss with your event manager.

  • We welcome décor from outside vendors. Taking this on yourself? This must be completed during your allotted setup time. Your a.casa team can help place items such as tables numbers, chargers, place cards, personalized photos, cake knife and server, etc. - only approved are allowed, these items must be reviewed at your final meeting and provided in advance with detailed instructions. We do not build décor, centerpieces, alphabetize name cards, or assemble/unpack/de-sticker decorations. Not allowed – confetti, fireworks or sparklers, tape or command strips, drilling holes or nails, no candles without a secure holder, candles must be dripless.
